There is a scene where Zenitsu is seen escaping from the hard and exhausting training of his master, up a tree crying and very sad because of the fear he felt and saying he couldn’t take it anymore. Well, in this scene, a lightning bolt strikes the tree directly, which hits him, then we can see him fall from the tree and his master worried but Zenitsu was no longer the same, as his hair and eyes had changed to the color yellow thanks to that lightning bolt that struck him.
The truth is that this could also be something that could have made the difference in terms of his power as a pillar, maybe life within the anime chose him to be the one. Something like Tanjiro.
Are Zenitsu and Nezuko boyfriend and girlfriend?
